Refund & Cancellation Policy

7-day refund

If DocForge doesn’t work for you, email moonbytelabs.support@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase with your Razorpay payment ID (it starts with pay_ and is in your payment receipt). We will refund the full amount, no questions asked.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are issued through Razorpay to the original payment method (UPI, card, netbanking or wallet). Once we approve a refund, it usually reaches you within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.

After a refund

The license key for a refunded payment stops being valid.

Cancellation

There is nothing to cancel: plans are one-time payments and never renew automatically. When a Day Pass or Pro period ends, you simply return to the free plan.

Failed or duplicate payments

If money was deducted but the payment failed, Razorpay and your bank reverse it automatically, usually within 5–7 business days. If you were charged twice for the same plan, email us and we will refund the duplicate.
